I am Alfonso Buendía Samper, 25 years old, from Pilar de la Horadada, Alicante.

I started playing golf at the age of 3, since my father Jose María Buendía Fernandez (European Tour player) and my mother Maria Angeles have always wanted to instill in me the values of this sport.

​

From the beginning I knew that I wanted to dedicate myself to golf but I also knew the importance of having studies, I studied ESO at EFA EL CAMPICO, Jacarilla, later I did my Bachelor and selectivity and finally I studied a higher degree in Bilingual International Trade at UCAM, Murcia.

​

In January 2019 I decided to become a professional after many years as an amateur competing, but above all focused on training and improving day after day.

​

I consider myself a person, educated, constant and committed to its objectives, in my day to day there is a very important and present phrase "Constancy, constancy and more constancy".

​

In these three years as a professional, I have been playing two circuits:

National Circuit Seve Ballesteros Tour PGA Spain and Alps Tour.
